Pedas is built from a recipe Rhainna carries by memory — refined batch by batch, jar by jar, until every jar tastes the way she remembers it.
Rhainna is from Negeri Sembilan, where food is known for its bold, spicy character. Growing up, the smell from her mother's kitchen — rich, and fiery — was part of everyday life.
It was something she never thought about, until she moved away and realised how much she missed it.
Pedas began from that feeling — a longing for the kind of heat and flavour she grew up with. Each jar is made with real ingredients and careful attention. No preservatives, no shortcuts — just sambal with depth, balance, and a heat that stays with you.
Today, it finds its way into homes across Malaysia. And for many, it becomes something they return to — for the flavour, and for the feeling it brings back.
